New Telephone System

On Tuesday 10th May we adopted a new telephone system. We would like to thank patients for their patience during this transition period.
All incoming and outgoing calls will be recorded for monitoring and training purposes. 

COVID-19 Vaccinations

We ware currently vaccinating patients aged 75 and above and those who are immunocompromised as part of the governments spring booster campaign.  If you fall in either of these groups and it is 6 months since last vaccination and haven't been contacted yet but would like the booster please call the surgery. 

DID YOU KNOW:

  • You can request your repeat prescriptions online and even get it straight from your nominated pharmacy. No paper, no visit to surgery! It will be faster for you to get your medication, no paper included so save some trees, and might release a bit of our staff time. 
  • You can book appointments online!

Appointments:
These can be made at the desk or by telephone. We offer appointments  2 weeks  ahead of the appointment date. Currently we only offer medically urgent appointments on the day. The appointments are released at 8.30am each day for morning appointments and at 2.00pm each day for afternoon appointments.

You can request your repeat prescription online and get it from your nominated pharmacy.

 

We are proud that we are part of Electronic Prescription System (EPS), 

This makes life easier. You can order your prescription online, it will be signed by a doctor then electronically sent to the pharmacy you have nominated. The prescription will then be ready in 48 hours 

You want to do it online? It is so easy to start. Please obtain a username and password from reception by showing them photo ID.

 

Prescription Information

320422_pills_6These can be obtained by returning the right hand side of your last prescription with the items you require ticked or by bringing in or sending a written request. We can also accept your request by fax. Most prescriptions can be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. The prescription will be posted if a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed.Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescriptions.

It is helpful if you specify the names and strength of the items requested.
